Recognised with the MOD Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award

We were honoured to attend the County of Wiltshire Lord-Lieutenant's Awards Ceremony Wessex RFCA and receive the prestigious Silver Award as part of the UK Ministry of Defence Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

This recognition reflects our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community through the Armed Forces Covenant, which we signed at the beginning of 2025. Since then, we have continued to strengthen our support for veterans, service leavers, reservists and cadets, while building meaningful partnerships that positively impact the wider defence community.

Key initiatives include:
• Supporting service personnel and veterans into employment through regular participation in career events and advertising opportunities via the British Forces Resettlement Service (BFRS).
• Career Insight Days for veterans and military leavers, helping to bridge the transition from military service to civilian careers.

• Supporting reservists with the flexibility needed to balance their military commitments alongside their professional careers.
• Supporting local cadet units through donations and engagement opportunities that help young people access activities and experiences that contribute to their personal development.

This award is a testament to the dedication of our people and the values we strive to uphold as an organisation.
