This marks the 8th year of our successful programme - and every year, we’re continually inspired by the talented and driven students who join the Callen-Lenz team.

Our Year in Industry placements offer a unique opportunity to rotate across three areas of the business, giving participants diverse exposure, hands-on experience, and the chance to contribute to real projects that make a difference. It’s a year built on learning, collaboration, and innovation, designed to help students develop both professionally and personally.
